What You’ll Do
- Operate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, etc.)
- Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.)
- Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift
Requirements
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus)
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- English fluency (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus
